What it does
Frosty is a Photoshop filter plugin that puts a variable frost look on any selected area of an image. Frosty uses the current background color selected in the tools window for the color of the frost. You can vary the amount of frost from a level of 1 to 254. Level 1 is the lowest and leaves the image virtually unchanged. Level 254 is most and almost completely covers the image. Settings of around 50 or so put in a nice amount. If you gaussian blur the resulting image, you can create a snow look with the image. It works very well with feathering and lasso selections. Feel free to experiment with the filter.
Compatibility
I believe this plugin will work with any Mac processor, although a 68020 is best. This is a plugin version 4.0 filter and requires Photoshop 2.5 or higher, or any compatible program, to run.
